Central vacuum systems, cook-tops, exhaust fans, dishwashers, food waste disposers, garage door systems, hydrotherapy tubs, ovens, microwave ovens, refrigerators, freezers, trash compactors, washing machines, driers, doorbells and all other visible and accessible built-in appliances are inspected and monitored on their function.

We will report on any appliances that are significantly deficient, unsafe or near the end of their service lives. For example we will operate the dishwasher and check the floor and adjacent cabinets in which the drain or water supply hoses run, for evidence of water leaks. We will also inspect the size, type and condition of the drain hose and water supply hose, and its termination under the sink. The door and control condition are inspected for significant damage and absent parts, and the door seals for damage and deterioration.

All built-in appliances, are inspected and evaluated on their ability to operate and respond to their controls, if they are installed correctly, and also find defects such as water leaks, damaged or deteriorated oven-door seals, hinges and many more.
